This policy explains what information ReelVibe Home involves, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
ReelVibe Home is a mobile application with the package name com.vibe.reels.home. In this Privacy Policy, "ReelVibe Home," the "App," "we," "our," and "us" refer to ReelVibe Home and its operator.
ReelVibe Home provides a functional and personalized home-screen experience together with personalized short-drama content and related features. This Privacy Policy describes the information involved when you use those functions, how and why the information is processed, the parties that may receive or process it, and the measures used to protect it.
The information involved may vary according to the way you interact with the App, the functions and products you use, the permissions you grant, the choices you make, and the privacy settings configured on your device.
This Policy may be revised from time to time. We encourage you to review it periodically.

ReelVibe Home limits its collection to information used to operate, maintain, personalize, secure, analyze, and improve the App and its related services. The categories below describe the information that may be involved.
When you use ReelVibe Home, certain technical and operational information is generated automatically. This may include:
The App may also record information describing how frequently an application or game is used, the features selected, gameplay and usage statistics, events taking place within an application or game, aggregated performance and usage results, and the source from which an application or game was obtained, including the relevant application store.
Content-related information produced through your interactions with ReelVibe Home is transmitted through a secure HTTPS connection to the host toblog.tobsnssdk.com.
ReelVibe Home may associate collected information with the Android ID of the device being used. This allows advertising-related behavior to be retained while you use the App. Information handled in this way is treated as personal information.
Signals from GPS, Wi-Fi networks, or cellular networks can reveal geographic-location information. When a ReelVibe Home function requires location and you agree to provide the relevant permission or information, location information may be transmitted and used to provide content or services that depend on location.
Precise geolocation is not part of the App's ordinary information collection. It is involved only where you expressly provide or authorize it for relevant Drama functionality.
You may decline or withdraw a device permission through your device settings. If a permission is necessary for a particular function, that function may no longer operate correctly or may become unavailable after permission is refused or withdrawn.
If the App crashes or encounters another technical malfunction, diagnostic information may be processed so that the cause can be identified and corrected. Depending on the event, this information may include:
ReelVibe Home does not request the Android permissions READ_PHONE_STATE or READ_PHONE_NUMBERS. The App itself does not obtain your phone number, IMEI, or SIM card information.
Technical information about the mobile network, such as the SIM operator name or SIM country, may nevertheless appear in device or network metadata as described in Section 3.1.
For advertising purposes, the third-party SDKs incorporated into the App—including AppLovin, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral—may attempt to access phone-, device-, or SIM-related information. The data practices of these SDK providers are governed by their respective privacy policies.
We may receive data or operational details from business partners, suppliers, and other third parties relating to activity occurring inside or outside ReelVibe Home. This information may describe your device, an application on the device, or advertisements that you have viewed.
ReelVibe Home does not ordinarily collect your name, email address, financial information, biometric data, or precise geolocation.
Information of this kind is involved only when you expressly provide it for Drama functionality or when you contact us. For example, if you contact us by email, we will receive the email address and other information included in your message so that we can respond.
Information may be obtained directly through actions you take in the App, such as enabling the drama widget, selecting a feature, or granting a permission.
Certain processing is also performed through the specifically identified Google Firebase services described in Section 7.1.
Where reasonably possible, information is retained and processed anonymously. Except for device-type details that may appear in crash reports, the information processed in anonymous form does not allow us to identify you personally.
ReelVibe Home operates as an Android Launcher. To display and manage the user's applications, a Launcher requires visibility into the applications installed on the device.
ReelVibe Home uses the installed-application list for the following core Launcher functions:
Information used for these purposes may include an application's name, package name, version, and other information relating to the installed application.
ReelVibe Home keeps the installed-application information used for these Launcher functions locally on the device and does not transmit that information to our servers.
Advertising SDKs integrated into the App, including AppLovin, Pangle, Unity and Mintegral, may separately access installed-application information to measure advertising performance and improve advertising relevance, including by avoiding advertisements for applications that are already installed. According to the practices disclosed for this processing, transmitted information is anonymized and protected using HTTPS encryption.
Beginning with Android 11, corresponding to API level 30, Android restricts access to the full list of applications installed on a device.
Default application visibility exposes only an application's own components and certain applications with which it has interacted. ReelVibe Home therefore declares the QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES permission because access to the complete installed-application list is necessary for the App's Launcher functionality.
Without this access, the App Drawer could not display a complete list of the user's installed applications, and related quick-launch, shortcut, and global-search functions would not operate as intended.

ReelVibe Home uses mobile analytics tools to understand how the Services operate on users' devices and to support App optimization.

ReelVibe Home works with third-party providers to supply content, advertising, attribution, analytics, storage, crash reporting, performance monitoring, cloud configuration, and other operational services.

ReelVibe Home uses Cloudflare to store and distribute cloud-hosted configuration parameters. These parameters allow the App to obtain operational settings that may control client behavior, including feature switches, display logic, runtime parameters, or service strategies.
When the App requests configuration parameters from Cloudflare, Cloudflare may necessarily process network-request and technical information associated with delivering the request. Depending on the request, this may include an IP address, request time, network-routing information, HTTP request metadata, the requested configuration resource, and basic App or device technical information included in the request.
This configuration channel is used to retrieve operational parameters. ReelVibe Home does not use it to upload user privacy data, user-generated content, installed-application lists, account information, precise location, or other private user content.

General demographic information that is aggregated and not linked to an identifiable individual may be provided to business partners, trusted affiliates, and advertisers for the purposes described in this Policy.
Information that has been aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified may also be shared with third parties for research, marketing, or other business purposes. Information disclosed in this form does not contain personally identifiable information.
Third-party SDK providers may process information directly through their technology incorporated into the App. This includes the advertising, attribution, content, analytics, crash-reporting, performance-monitoring, and related providers identified in Section 7.

User information obtained through the Service is processed and stored using Google Firebase infrastructure. Firebase manages the servers on which that information is held and applies access controls to those servers.
Cloud-hosted configuration parameters used by the App are stored and distributed through Cloudflare as described in Section 7.2. This configuration function is not used by ReelVibe Home to upload user privacy data.
Information relating to users is not retained on our servers after it is no longer required for the Service to function. Retention may depend on the operational purpose, the nature of the information, and the requirements of the relevant service provider.
Third-party providers may apply their own retention practices to information processed through their services. Their privacy policies provide further information about those practices.
Information transmitted by ReelVibe Home is protected using SSL or HTTPS encryption. AES encryption is used to reduce the risk of unauthorized access to or disclosure of content.
We apply commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect user information. Firebase also applies access controls to the infrastructure it provides, and service providers processing information on our behalf are subject to applicable confidentiality and security obligations.
No electronic transmission, storage system, or information-security measure can eliminate every risk. We therefore cannot guarantee that information transmitted through or stored in connection with the Service will never be accessed, disclosed, altered, lost, or destroyed as a result of a security incident.
You are responsible for keeping any account information confidential and for controlling access to communications between you and the Service. We are not responsible for the independent security practices of third-party services.
ReelVibe Home itself does not use DexClassLoader, DelegateLastClassLoader, InMemoryDexClassLoader, or other dynamic code-loading techniques.
Advertising SDKs integrated into the App—including AppLovin, Facebook Ads, Pangle, Unity, and Mintegral—may use dynamic code-loading techniques for legitimate functions such as improving advertising-delivery performance or satisfying platform requirements.
Any dynamically loaded code is intended to remain within the relevant SDK environment and to be used for functional purposes rather than to evade platform or compliance requirements. The relevant SDK providers are responsible for verifying the integrity of their code and complying with applicable platform policies.
If you are located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, information may be transferred to countries outside those regions, including the United States, through providers such as Firebase, AdMob, Facebook, or AppLovin.
Where required, such transfers are made using applicable safeguards, which may include Standard Contractual Clauses, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized mechanisms providing equivalent protection.

Much of the information involved in ReelVibe Home is anonymous or associated with a device rather than a directly identifying account. We may therefore need information specific to your device to locate relevant records and complete a request.
If a request relates to information processed through Firebase or an advertising service, we may forward the request to the appropriate provider, including Google LLC or AppLovin, when necessary to address it.
We aim to respond within 30 days. A complex request may require additional time.
You may also manage or withdraw device permissions through Android settings. Withdrawing a permission does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal, but it may prevent the associated App function from operating.
You may stop using ReelVibe Home and uninstall it at any time.

If ReelVibe Home is no longer the default Launcher, it may remain visible in the App Drawer of another Launcher, such as Pixel Launcher or One UI. In that situation, you may long-press the ReelVibe Home icon and select the uninstall option.
ReelVibe Home was not developed for children and is not directed to anyone under the age of 13 or below the equivalent minimum age established in the relevant jurisdiction.
If you are below the applicable minimum age, do not use ReelVibe Home or provide personal information to us.
We may revise this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in the App, our information practices, third-party services, or applicable requirements.
If you continue to use ReelVibe Home or our related services after a revised Policy takes effect, that continued use will be treated as acceptance of the revised Policy to the extent permitted by applicable law.
